The patient, affectionately known as ‘Little Li’, is currently battling a rare form of blood cancer. Her journey through treatment has left her feeling isolated; her brother is preoccupied with an internship while her father works overseas to cover medical expenses. Li had just completed her fourth round of chemotherapy before reaching out for companionship.
