The Karnataka School Examination and Assessment Board (KSEAB) has officially revised the SSLC exam dates for 2026, a crucial academic milestone for Class 10 students in Karnataka. The most significant change involves the Third Language exam, which has been rescheduled from March 30 to March 31, 2026.

This adjustment comes in response to a revised state government notification regarding the Mahaveer Jayanti holiday, which has now been moved to March 30, 2026. As a result, all other SSLC exams will proceed according to the original schedule, maintaining their planned dates.

The SSLC examinations are set to commence on March 18, 2026, and will conclude on April 2, 2026. This period is critical for students as they prepare to demonstrate their knowledge and skills in various subjects.

In light of the changes, KSEAB has instructed all examination center superintendents to adhere strictly to the updated schedule, ensuring that students and educators are well-informed of the new timeline.

The SSLC exam serves as a pivotal point in the academic journey for Karnataka’s Class 10 students, influencing their future educational paths and opportunities. As the exam dates draw nearer, students are expected to intensify their preparations to meet the challenges ahead.

With the new date for the Third Language exam now confirmed, students can adjust their study plans accordingly. However, details remain unconfirmed regarding any further changes that may arise as the examination period approaches.

As observers keep a close watch on the situation, the focus will now shift to how students adapt to these changes and the overall impact on their performance during the exams.
