It collaborates with all 30 States and Union Territories to create tailored Capacity Building Plans that address specific governance challenges. Dr. R Balasubramaniam, a key figure in this initiative, emphasized, “Mission Karmayogi is playing a key role in making government officials future-ready and transforming the capacity-building ecosystem in the country.” This sentiment resonates with the overarching goal of shifting governance from a rule-based to a role-based approach, equipping officials with the competencies suited to their responsibilities.

Furthermore, the establishment of the Amrit Gyaan Kosh repository, which houses completed case studies, serves as a valuable resource for learning and sharing best practices across the civil service.
