The online application process commenced on March 11, 2026, and will remain open until March 26, 2026.

The apprenticeship opportunities are spread across several states, including Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Dadra and Nagar Haveli, and Daman and Diu. This initiative aims to enhance skill development among youth in these regions.

To be eligible, candidates must be between 18 and 24 years of age as of February 28, 2026. The requirements vary by position: Technician Apprentice candidates need a three-year full-time diploma in the relevant engineering discipline, achieving at least 50% marks (or 45% for reserved categories). Trade Apprentice candidates must have completed Matriculation along with a two-year ITI course recognized by NCVT or SCVT.

Graduate Apprentice candidates are required to possess a full-time bachelor’s degree in any discipline, while Data Entry Operator candidates must have completed Class 12 and possess additional skill certification for skilled categories.

The selection process will be merit-based, with no written examination or interview involved. This streamlined approach aims to attract a diverse range of applicants and facilitate a fair selection process.

The apprenticeship training period is set for 12 months, providing participants with practical experience and exposure to the industry. Candidates must apply through the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) or the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portals only.

This recruitment drive is being conducted under the Apprentices Act, 1961, emphasizing the government’s commitment to enhancing vocational training and employment opportunities for the youth.

As the application deadline approaches, candidates are encouraged to prepare their documents and submit their applications promptly. Further developments regarding the selection process and training schedules are anticipated, but details remain unconfirmed.
