The auditions are open to girls born between 2005 and 2011 and will run from March 31 to July 31, 2026. Auditions will take place in 10 cities across India, including Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chandigarh, Chennai, Delhi, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, and Pune. This extensive reach reflects HYBE’s commitment to inclusivity and its desire to connect with young women from diverse backgrounds.

HYBE India was established in June 2025, and since then, it has been focused on creating a systematic training and development framework tailored to the local market. According to Damien Woochang Lee, the CEO of HYBE India, “India has never lacked talent or ambition – what’s been missing is a consistent pathway to the global stage. This audition is where that process begins.”

The initiative aims to showcase “Harmony in Diversity” and tell authentic stories of Indian women, emphasizing the importance of representation in the entertainment industry. Lee further stated, “What we are building is that bridge: a system that allows us to nurture artistes with intention, and to be seen, heard, and understood beyond borders.” This vision aligns with the growing demand for relatable artists among young Indian women.

The audition process will include both online submissions and in-person rounds, ensuring that talents from various regions can participate. The campaign will be amplified through partnerships with major brands like Samsung and H&M, which will help to elevate the visibility of the auditions.
