Arshdeep Singh Fined for Conduct Breach
Arshdeep Singh has been fined 15 percent of his match fee following a Level 1 breach of the ICC Code of Conduct during the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2026 final against New Zealand.
The incident took place in the 11th over of New Zealand’s innings when Singh threw the ball aggressively towards Daryl Mitchell, hitting his pads. This action was deemed inappropriate as it violated Article 2.9 of the ICC Code of Conduct, which addresses throwing a ball at or near a player in an inappropriate manner.
